Reflective fabric storage, cutting, sewing and maintenance matters needing attention

Reflective cloth can be applied to T-shirts, sportswear, shoelaces, vests, jackets, fashion, armbands, logos, belts, safety vests, cap badges, backpacks, raincoats, belts, gloves, cutting characters, sports shoes, epaulets and other different products, the following precautions should be paid attention to in the process of use:

1. storage.

reflective material Should be stored in dry and ventilated room temperature conditions, avoid extrusion, high temperature and chemical corrosion and other destructive factors.Storage period should not exceed one year.

2. Cutting and sewing

Recommends the use of die cutting, can also use manual cutting or cutting, cutting should be neat and uniform, as far as possible to reduce the generation of rough edges.

When stitching with thread in a place, there should be no more than 12 stitches per inch (2.54cm) and the stitches should be no less than 2mm from the edge of the reflective fabric. 100% polyester is recommended.

3. Wash

reflective fabric washing shall be carried out in accordance with method 2A of ISO6330.

Follow the instructions for dry cleaning.

4. Maintenance

Avoid high temperature, abrasion of hard objects, excessive scrubbing and chemical corrosion and other destructive factors.Keep its surface clean
